Second meeting to agree any revisions of the ceremony draft
Venue liaison or visit and rehearsal if you wish
Arrival at least an hour before the ceremony

This includes:
An initial meeting at your home, video call or a place of your choosing. I will ask questions to get to know the person who has died to bring the story of their life together.
Guidance and suggestions for readings if you wish
As well as the story of their life and any eulogies or readings you wish to be a part of the ceremony, we can also include symbolic elements to celebrate that person or to bring everyone together on the day if you wish. We can talk about what is the right fit for you and I am happy to give suggestions and ideas if needed.
After our meeting I will draft the ceremony for you to review and make any amendments
Liaison with anyone else involved in the ceremony to prepare
On the day, to deliver the ceremony as agreed with you
Throughout the day liaison with all the key people to help everything to run smoothly
